Questions.

1. Keys.
   Please confirm that ALL keys will be handed over on completion.
   What arrangements are to be made for the handing over of the keys?
2. Completion.
   Where is completion to take place?
   Are you agreeable to completion taking place through the post?
   Will you act as my agent on completion?
3. Vacant posession.
   By what time of day will the sellers have vacated the property?
4. Money.
   Please advise as to the exact amount payable on completion. If this is not just the balance of the purchase price, supply a statement showing how this sum is calculated.
   On completion the money will be paid direct into your bank account, please supply the following details:
   • Bank name and address;
   • Sort code;
   • Your account number and name.
5. Mortgages.
   Please confirm you will give the usual undertaking to discharge all existing mortgages on the property and to send form DS1 as soon as received by you.
   Your confirmation of this will take effect as such an undertaking on payment to you of the purchase price.
   Please also confirm that you will give a similar undertaking to the buyer's mortgagee's conveyancer, if required.
6. Property information.
   Please confirm that, as far as you and the seller are aware, all information given in writing by or on behalf of the seller prior to exchange of contracts continues to be complete and accurate.
